Oxford Corona Vaccine - A good news?

The cases of Corona Virus have now risen to 1.3 Cr globally with death cases reaching to 5.8 Lakhs. In these months, there are various scientists and medical experts working in order to find a vaccine which shall curb the virus and ultimately end it. A vaccine seems like the only solution to end this global pandemic.

Vaccine tests are being held all around the world. In the coming week, a positive result with respect to the Vaccine is expected from the Oxford University. The vaccine developed by the Oxford University is called "ChAdOx1 nCoV-19". The vaccine is developed in collaboration with the pharmaceutical group AstraZeneca. 

The vaccine has undergone human trials and the results are expected to be positive and promising. There are three major things tested once the vaccine is administered- 

1. Reactogenicity

2. Immunogenicity

3 Safety
