On 14th June 2020, Sushant Singh Rajput died due to suicide. He was found hanging in his Bandra Residence. About two days ago, Sushant’s father K.K. Singh had filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and 6 other people including her family members. Rhea was Sushant’s girlfriend. According to the six-page complaint, Rhea had harassed, tortured and extorted money from him. The actress and others have been booked under Section 341, 342, 380, 406, 420, 306, 506, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR was lodged at Rajiv Nagar Police Station in Patna. Aftermath of which, the Bihar Police has reached Mumbai to investigate the matter. On 29th July 2020, Rhea has filed a petition in the Supreme Court of India seeking a transfer of case from Bihar to Mumbai. Satish Maneshinde is the lawyer appointed and fighting the case for Rhea.
There have been various serious allegations against Rhea and her family members. Sushant’s fan base and now her family is demanding for extensive investigation in the matter.
