Russia now has about 7,46,369 cases, and about 11,770 death cases. Total number of recovered cases according to Wealth Health Organization are 5,23,249. Russia claims its recovery rate to be 70.1%.
On 14th July 2020, the Russian Scientists said that have completed the first human trial for their vaccine which is proved to be safe and that those who volunteered for the same have developed immune response to the virus.
About 18 people participated in the vaccine research and have been safely discharged. These volunteers where isolated in the Burdenko Military Hospital in Moscow in the month of June when the trials had begun. The clinical trials are to be ended by the end of this month, July 2020.
