Format for Gift Deed

Draft for- Deed of Gift

        THIS GIFT is made on the 8^th day of October 2020 BETWEEN Mr.P(hereinafter called “the donor”)  of the one part AND XYZ Trust , a Trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act,1882(hereinafter called the “donee”) of the other part;

        WHEREAS the donee has requested the donor to grant to it the land owned by the donor bearing Survey No. , situated at Tagdi Village, Tehsil Dhandhuka , District Ahmedabad , so that the donee can establish a hospital there and provide free treatment to the villagers.

         AND WHEREAS the donor has agreed to transfer to the donee the land described in the schedule hereto and the site thereof for the purpose above mentioned and only for as long as the land is being used for establishing hospital and providing free medical treatment to villagers under the control of donee.

 

  NOW THIS DEED WITNESSES as follows:-

1    In pursuance of said agreement the donor hereby transfers to the donee ALL the rights and liabilities along with ownership of the land abovementioned , TO HOLD the same to the donee so long as the donee shall use the said land for the purpose establishing hospital and providing free medical treatment to villagers at Tagadi, District Ahmedabad.

2    The donee hereby accepts the said gift and agrees with the donor that if and whenever the donee ceases to use the said land for the purposes of establishing hospital and providing free medical treatment to villagers under the control of donee the same shall revert to the donor.

3    The approximate value of property transferred is Rs.82,00,000(Rupees eighty-two Lakhs Only).
