E-filing Mandatory- Supreme Court of India

The Supreme Court of India, held that along with physical filings of the petitions, it will now be mandatory to file a soft copy of the petitions. The order has to be followed by all Advocates On Record and Party-in-Person. E-filing shall not be limited to petitions only, other documents that are required and attached to the petition should also be e-filed. 

The existing procedure of filing physical petitions and documents at the Supreme Court Registry shall be maintained. When the relevant changes, additions and mistakes have been corrected, then a soft copy shall also be filed along with the physical filings.
