-Chir Amrit Legal LLP
-Chir Amrit is a growing legal firm who has their headquarters in Jaipur, Rajasthan. They have their branches in various cities- Mumbai, NCR Delhi, and Surat. They work in the fields such as Corporate Laws, Taxation Laws, IPR, Arbitration Laws, Banking and Finance, Real estate, Media & Entertainment, International Trade, Accounting, Finance, Technology & Management Laws. I interned at the Jaipur headquarters and they have a nice workplace and environment. They had a different room for interns to work from.
I was asked to mention my area of interest so that they can allot me to that department. One interesting activity that takes place in this firm is that every week, one person must give a presentation on any topic of their interest. All the members of the firm attend the presentation which is carried with discussion. I was also asked to make a presentation.

-I applied for the internship through their website after which I received a telephonic call for a small interview.

- They work in the fields such as Corporate Laws, Taxation Laws, IPR, Arbitration Laws, Banking and Finance, Real estate, Media & Entertainment, International Trade, Accounting, Finance, Technology & Management Laws.
What were the main tasks assigned to you?
-I was mainly assigned work related to Corporate Law and IPR. My tasks were basically to do research work on the issues given to me by various members of the firm.
How comfortable did you find the work environment?
-The working environment is majorly very goal-oriented. Everybody takes their job very seriously and wants to get their things done on time. Members are quite friendly and showed great patience when helping me with my work.
Where there any specific breaks given. If yes, what were the timings?
-Yes, there was one 45-minute break given at around 1-1:30 pm for lunch and another 15-minute break at 5 pm. They have a pantry area where you can have your coffee/tea and some evening snacks or have your lunch there.
Did you attend any Courts?
- No, my work was limited to research work only.
What were the perks? Was stipend provided. If yes, how much?
- The firm allows you to explore your research on various topics. They have a nice coffee machine. They provide a nice working space along with a computer and good Wi-Fi connection.
No stipend was provided for the internship.
Where there any things that could be improved?
-I believe I was expecting a little more interaction from the members.
